White IGP Salento 12%: Bianco Salentino PGI with a light straw yellow color, with a delicate, pleasant, fruity aroma, perfectly harmonious between freshness and flavor; aged in steel vats, perfect for shellfish and fish dishes .

Rosé IGP Salento 12%: Salento IGP wine with a bright pink color, characterized by floral and fruity aromas particularly pleasant to the taste, with a well balanced structure, aged in steel silos to guarantee the freshness of which this wine is characterized. Enhanced in combination with preparations based on white meats and hot dishes.

Primitivo IGP Salento 13.5%: Primitivo IGP Salento wine with an intense red color with orange-tending fingernails, with a great body and pleasant structure for important dinners, thanks to its soft tannins thanks to the effect of the alcohols, aged in silos. Primitivo Rosso Salento perfect to be paired with red meats, game, roasted meats and dishes with good structure.


Negramaro IGP Salento 13.5%: Negroamaro rosso Salento PGI with a red color and violet reflections, with an elegant bouquet characterized by floral scents. The armoic taste perfectly balancing the hardness and softness of the wine; aged in steel vats, perfect for pairing with first courses and meat dishes .
