We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and remedy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company can take some time to process and post your refund.
